Replacing side mirror insert I took my daughter’s Camry in to have a mirror insert replaced. It was replaced, however a few days later it was loose again. I took it back in to h I took my daughter’s Camry in to have a mirror insert replaced. It was replaced, however a few days later it was loose again. I took it back in to have it looked at and it turns out that the replaced mirror was defective and had to be replaced again. Drew was polite and professional and ordered the mirror again to replace it free of charge. It was just a hassle to bring the car in multiple times to repair a mirror. More

Oil Leaking after service The morning after an oil change my car leaked oil all over my garage. The dealership warned about a stripped oil pan plug but said I would be ok for s The morning after an oil change my car leaked oil all over my garage. The dealership warned about a stripped oil pan plug but said I would be ok for several months. I took my car to another mechanic the next day and they said I needed a brand new oil pan right right away. Frustrating that after an oil change that is supposed to prevent car problems at the Toyota dealership it actually caused me more. I was considering purchasing a new Toyota but after this I will not be going back for service or purchasing a new car. More

Wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations! My service advisor, Jason, was so understanding of everything concerning me about my vehicle. He informed me of a recall that needed to be addressed My service advisor, Jason, was so understanding of everything concerning me about my vehicle. He informed me of a recall that needed to be addressed and that it would take several hours to resolve on top of the other items needing completed. He understood that I had errands to run and immediately issued me rental for the day. Jason kept me informed of all issues needing addressed on my vehicle and allowed me to make a decision without being pushy. I really appreciate the team at Toyota. So courteous, quick, and responsive. Best experience I’ve ever had at this dealership! More
