Attempted to use a $99 break special from Toyota website, that listed Landers as a participating dealership. Upon Arrival I was lectured on how I needed a rotor service, even though the representative, Chris that listed Landers as a participating dealership. Upon Arrival I was lectured on how I needed a rotor service, even though the representative, Chris Johnson, I believe, had never even seen my 2020 Tundra TRD Pro before. How can he tell me I need rotors with I only have 40k on the truck and no inspection to validate the claim. I was then made to go and screenshot the coupon form Toyota.com and send to the rep as "Proof". Overall, the experience was contentious at best and although the work was performed, I was told that they would not warranty any work or equipment because I did not choose the $171 rotor service. Ridiculous. More
