Bogus repairs A standard charge for computer diagnosis approximately $125. My vehicle supposedly needed a $300 repair. I chose to take it to a local shop, they also did a computer diagnosis (for $40) and could not find the need for the repair the dealership recommended. The local shop did no repairs, reset the check engine light and my vehicle has been fine. Additionally, the $300 repair recommended by the dealership was for a $12 part that the local shop could have replaced for less than $100 had it actually be needed. On top of that, the service agent was arrogant and obviously not happy to have a patron ask clarifying questions. More

Overly expensive for what little was done. Didn’t even clean my car after I spent $250 to make sure my 2 year old car was topped off with fluids and oil was changed/ cabin filter replaced. Excellent service from my service representative and a fantastic job on finding the issue. However, I did look at when my oil change was due and my oil change was over. I’m pretty sure the technician inve fantastic job on finding the issue. However, I did look at when my oil change was due and my oil change was over. I’m pretty sure the technician inverted the odometer and when the oil was due. I’m 3000 miles over and they said I still have 3000 miles to go. No worries though, I can bring it in again, No problem. I’m really thankful to find a dealership that doesn’t try to charge me for unnecessary things. Just a heads up to be mindful on mileage with oil technician :-) thank you! More

After 100K service on our 2016 Highlander maintenance required was not reset, valve stem nob not replaced after tire rotation, glove box lid not correctly replaced after cabin filter replaced. Little thi required was not reset, valve stem nob not replaced after tire rotation, glove box lid not correctly replaced after cabin filter replaced. Little things but these mistakes make me question the quality pf the work on larger items. Likely won’t be using your shop on the future More
