I was told at the time of the service that the old Was missing on my truck which I have never had service anywhere but Toyota on 5000 mile intervals. The customer service staff is always courteous, friendly, & helpful. The service provided has kept my car humming along. The only negative is that I've never been offered a vacuuming nor a car wash. Actual service was great and timely. Getting the car wash needs better coordination between staff as we were told one thing by one staff member and reprimanded by another for cutting in line.
