Great Experience! Went in with engine problems on my 2011 Dodge Durango. The staff was very freindly and helped me to get the problem figured out! Job not completed correctly I waited 2.5 hrs for them to reboot my radio. It kept going on/off every 2 minutes. Service tech said all was fixed but once I left the parking lot I waited 2.5 hrs for them to reboot my radio. It kept going on/off every 2 minutes. No retuned communication from noon until I arrived in person at 5:00pm to discuss. Was concerned with recommendation of a $193.83 replacement gas cap to start with. I appreciate the diagnostic work for which I paid but decided to take car to NAPA and buy a $14.00 gas cap. Also suggested repair of transfer case at $1,265.37 seemed suspect since I have seen no evidence of leaks (drips) whatsoever in my garage. Trust is essential with me and with whom I do business and I am afraid I have lost trust with Steve Lander Toyota NWA. My experience has been and will be shared with friends I know and trust to provide them a keen sense of awareness when and if they should ever transact business at SLTNWA. More
