I asked them to check my horn. It hasn't worked for some time. On my multi-point inspection the box was checked that it worked fine. It didn't. It makes me wonder if the other checked boxes were actually inspected. For the amount I spent with them to complete the service and inspection I would expect better service. It also made me leery of the other findings that they indicated. The service person when asked about one of the findings said that it was due to normal wear and tear. I asked to have this explained and got no explanation. I haven't experienced any issues that would lead me to believe that this was a problem. Seemed to be fishing for work. Will get 2nd opinions.
