The service department was great, and they honored the prices that they told me even when it when a little bit over. It was not in there when I asked about the service manual, they did not give us back our service manuals they gave us back somebody else’s. After two days later so. But very disappointing they even took out our registration insurance cards. Personal items are the glove box and still has not returned those that is very disappointing Now we have to go down to the DMV and pay money to get a new registration for the car More

Was very disappointed that my car was not vacuumed or washed at servicing. Decided to look at some new cars while there. The salesman was rude and inattentive and not in the least helpful. have been pleased with Toyota in rogers for the past 20 years, purchasing 2 siennas. Unfortunately, the past year and a half have been a disappointment; seems that they might have sold a less than perfect years, purchasing 2 siennas. Unfortunately, the past year and a half have been a disappointment; seems that they might have sold a less than perfect new '19 sienna, then refused to accept responsibility for a few items (front fender break, failed driver's seat, seal around driver's window). Their poor customer performance, in part, is likely due to their service associate, Lake Mills, who appears to lack caring for customer concerns (e.g. unwilling to have me discuss concerns with service manager) More
