Oil change and tire rotation I’ve come to expect a certain category of service with the Landers name over the many years we’ve purchased vehicles. The service advisor was great an I’ve come to expect a certain category of service with the Landers name over the many years we’ve purchased vehicles. The service advisor was great and very personable- straightforward about my options. The only recommendation I have is to at least do courtesy vacuum and/or wash or advise me if it cannot be done- at check in. I can change my own oil and rotate the tires at the tire purchase shop - there’s the little things that just personalize service so let’s go back to the basics. These days it is service over costs. My only complaint with this service visit is this: When you spend $1000 plus dollars on new tires, one would expect the tires to at least look somewhat clean and new. Granted they are just tires, but thses NEW tires were dirty and looked like they were used or taken off another vehicle. Not sure whats up with this, as prior visits they usually wash vehicle ad well. But new tires should be mostly black and not look like they came off another vehicle. More
