Very friendly helpful knowledgeable peoplr I was met as soon as I drove up by someone with a clipboard who took down all my information in an efficient manner. I received clear direction on wha I was met as soon as I drove up by someone with a clipboard who took down all my information in an efficient manner. I received clear direction on what I needed to do. The service advisor was a very young man who also provided clear information about the service that would be done to my truck. I was kept informed about the cost and notified when my truck was ready for pickup. When I picked up my truck, my service advisor went thru my ticket to make sure I understood everything that was done and answered all my questions. Once I had checked out at the payment window, my truck was brought around in just a few minutes. It was a pleasant experience but what I have come to expect at this dealership.
