Drew Parker was very helpful in advising of safety concerns with the existing tires, resulting in tire replacement as well. Drew also alerted me to some rim damage to a couple of the alloy wheels and referred me to a wheel repair service for possible repair of the expensive alloy wheels. More

Friendly and knowledgeable It started of pretty bad when I called for an appointment . I called landers and asked for service and the (kid) that answered , was not helpful at al It started of pretty bad when I called for an appointment . I called landers and asked for service and the (kid) that answered , was not helpful at all. I was asking questions about my service records and he acted like I was puttin him out. He actually told me that I needed a transmission service and it was not needed when another tech Seth looked up my records and it had been done at my last visit . And he was very informative to me. The young techs name was josh, and he was the first one I saw when I arrived this time . So I was checking in with him and I told him he wasn't very nice to me on the phone, he gave a half hearted apology , then when I asked him about the transmission he said it wasn't his department and directed me to Seth . I never write anything bad usually , but it just hit me the wrong way and I really don't want him talking to an elderly person like that . Because some no nothing about vehicles and I don't want them to be takin for a ride . More
