My husband reached out to you Mr. Rosa at 11:30 am. We were told byMike you were at lunch then called again and left you a voice mail. It is now 2:15 and have yet to get a call back. If you truly wanted to rectify this situation, you would have called us. To the owner of Landmark Dodge. You need a new staff. There is no way I would still be employed delivering this piss poor service to our customers that pay my salary.

Sir: I left you voicemails and called and left messages with reception. NEVER heard from anyone at your facility. Not the GM (since you currently don't have one), not the service advisor (Preston - since he said Don't call me, I'll call you) and not from you.
