New vehicles require that the vehicle is present to make a new key, no locksmith could make one that would fully function (but it might be able to unlock the doors). Any new car is sold w two keys some people haggle for more than 2 key fobs now and I have no idea why i was not given 2 at the time of sale. After having the car for 3 hrs on sat to detail it I was promised the key would be delivered that day however when i picked the car up I was told " service was backed up and they would mail the key overnight" the salesman claims he has been selling cars for 18 years so for him not to know i find it hard to believe. i do not plan on returning to the dealer in the future.

I spoke with him but wanted to speak to general manager. I waited in the showroom for more than an hour and he never showed. I left my phone to call me still nothing. I contacted Fiat Chysler Automobile Group they have created an incident report for their Regional team to follow up on. Hopefully they'll fire your general manager.
