I spoke with him but wanted to speak to general manager. I waited in the showroom for more than an hour and he never showed. I left my phone to call me still nothing. I contacted Fiat Chysler Automobile Group they have created an incident report for their Regional team to follow up on. Hopefully they'll fire your general manager.
