Landmark Dodge Service Center is horrible I recently got my car serviced here and the customer service experience was awful. They kept my car for a week for a minor repair and over charged me I recently got my car serviced here and the customer service experience was awful. They kept my car for a week for a minor repair and over charged me for the job done. This caused me to be stuck in a rental for 7 days with no reimbursement. They gave me one quote then the following day, the quote was increased by $400 at checkout. In comparison with other dealerships, they are significantly higher. I will never take my car here again. He told me my percentage would be 7% on my car, which he later developed amnesia on that statement. To make a long story short, because of Joseph Graves, I ended up with 14.99% interest on a $25,000 car and $15,000 interest. Joseph Graves is the Professional Crook! I posted this same message on 8/22/2015 and it mysteriously disappeared from Joe Graves review page. All I saw was 107 great reviews, what happened to mine? More

Victor waited on us to finish and then took us to the nearest gas station before we headed out on the interstate. In addition, Victor so kindly mailed a pair of sunglasses to our home that we left in our trade-in. He takes care of his customers! I wanted a vehicle that didn't sit too close to the ground and not too har I'd like to thank Nick Sudik for helping me get my new 2015 Jeep Renegade. I wanted a vehicle that didn't sit too close to the ground and not too hard to get in and out of. I had found the one I wanted online and it was on the showroom floor. just awful where do i start? ive had several bad experiences but i live 3 blocks away. started with my 07, power steering pump went out. i made appt. still in w where do i start? ive had several bad experiences but i live 3 blocks away. started with my 07, power steering pump went out. i made appt. still in warranty by appt was not so they wouldnt fix it. had to take else where and Chrysler reimbursed me. next messed me over when i traded 07 on an 11. on my 11 they broke the o ring on oil cap and wanted me to pay so i called Chrysler again, guess they made landmark pay for it. next exhaust bolts broke at first they didnt want to fix so i had to call Chrysler to get it fixed. then my 11 wouldnt pass emissions so i get a sales call and figured might as well look when i come in to get it looked at. i go in and no service appt. i asked for but take a test drive in a 15. told them to do nothing till i know what im getting for my 11. they mess around do it all anyways, i was there all day and mess me around on trade. at desk get told 3 different best price so i so no and go to leave and sales manager gets really rude ask me why i was there and a few other nasty questions and i tell him that i told him at begeining why i was there and they called me and gave all my expectations up front. so they call me back 2 more times with lower price i still say no. thier calling me during week and i get talked in to going back in. i go back in still messing with price so i leave and they still calling. i say 1 more time for a reasonable price but they want me to come back in a 3rd time, i say "no, u know what i got, you know what i want" so i call another dealer. i tell them whats going on, text pics of my truck. i got first time deal done over the phone. i go in, sign the papers and day after landmark text me back. i say i bought truck at different dealer and they ask what i paid so i tell them. he sends me text back "lol would have gave u a better deal here by 9k" now point of harassing me. been dealing with them for a week been in there 2 different times. sry thats just crazy. but the sales person that took me on the test drive did happen to be really nice and understanding. again 3 blocks away my 15 truck needs the software update so landmark is closer. i call ask if i can bring it in they say yes no need for an appt. i get up there they get rude with me and say itll be an hr and a half geeze people really. landmark service station is rude, long and argumentative. their sales depart is also rude, pushy, condescending, forceful, and can be just nasty. so good luck going thier More
