We got stuck in a traffic jam in Chattanooga and called three times to let the salesman know. Twice he told us it was fine and to keep coming and then he did not answer. When we were 45 minutes away (after a 6.5 hour drive), he called and told us not to come. He offered to put us in a 65 dollar motel (not sure what that would have looked like) and meet us at 9 the next day. We asked him to wait 45 more minutes to allow us to buy the car (we were paying full asking price and with cash). He became really ugly and told us we did not respect him or his time. We asked to speak to his manager and he refused to let us. Needless to say, we turned around and came home. We will be purchasing a car tonight from someone who wants to do business with us. More

After building rapport with this outstanding rep , I finally went in to the dealership and test drive the car off my dreams and they worked hard to get me in the car I wanted. Horrible experience Classic bait and switch again like someone else commented. We spoke with Steven on the phone and he quoted a price on a certain truck. The truck JUST sold and Steven has left for the night. I asked for a manager. He was no better. He stated that they NEVER quote prices over the phone and refused to take my complaint against Steven. I think I'm going to let the manufacturer know they need to look more closely at how this dealership operates. I have never been treated the way we were today in my life. Not only was the "manager" unconcerned with unhappy guests, the sales lady they assigned us could not even operate her computer to give us a new price on another truck they had. We left empty handed and very unhappy. What kind of company has you drive over 100 miles for nothing? I will encourage all of my friends, family, and anyone who will listen to never do business here. And we were paying CASH!!! This is rediculous but lesson learned. More

The difference between Mr. Calderon and many other car salesmen that I have witnessed a car buying experience from that Jose tells things to you straight up about financing and maximizes the buyer's benefits without trying to get over on the buyer.
