To my surprise he didn't pressure me in the purchase of my vehicle. Mr. Goodwin walked me through step by step not only the purchase of my car but also, the features on the vehicle and how to service my vehicle and whom to speak to in the service department. bougt new car on Saturday in service bay on monday bought a new jeep Cherokee on Saturday/14/15. It started making clanking sound on Sunday when put into gear. called Eric. sales mgr.was not empatheti bought a new jeep Cherokee on Saturday/14/15. It started making clanking sound on Sunday when put into gear. called Eric. sales mgr.was not empathetic so i brought it to service Monday morning and was told they could not help me they were backed up and a month behind even after i explained i just bought it. they also refused to write me a ticket on the issue so now I'm sitting here waiting for sales office to open to rescind this deal. I can't believe how bad this is. i hope whoever reads this believes this review and not ever do business here and someone really needs to help me. Update is that after several times of asking to have the car exchanged, it finally happened. I am grateful but it does not negate the actual experience I had with this issue. I still think the service department is not great but I will have to wait and see if that changes when I need them. I do thank my sales guy Chuck H. for coming to work early that day when I texted him my issues and he assisted me through the whole ordeal. He should be the sales manager for going above the call of duty! More
