Mr. Lambert, we have spoken about this issue nearly a week ago. I was never advised on how the situation was resolved with the mentioned associate. Neverless, this is still an ongoing issue, and I feel your companies practices concerning customers need to be reevaluated or revised. Furthermore, a company should treat the irate customers with the same dignity and respect as those who are making a purchase. I felt that since there was no sale to be made you sales associate/manager had no concern for my issue since no commission was involved.
