Happy! Chuck Huesca was such a pleasure to work with. On the other hand his manager, Don't know his name because he never told me. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Landmark. The only difference this time is, the car is for my son. My son is actively serving and wanted another vehicle. Chuck was very respectful but his manager was not as respectful with this process. I had the pleasure to work with Joe Graves. This was a two venture to purchase this vehicle for my son....totally unnecessary. Thank you Chuck and Joe, my son will be pleased upon his return to stateside. More

My recent experience at Landmark Dodge in Morrow, GA This was just one of our many times to Landmark Dodge. This is also our 5th purchase from Landmark Dodge. Every time we have come, we have always gotten a really good deal and the customer service and satisfaction has always been their goal. There were a few complications and miss communication situations but by the end of our experience, it was definitely made up to us. We had started with one salesman but ended up with Richard Charlton, who we have used before. We are so grateful for him and how he was determined and how he made it his goal to make up for any short comings that we had previously experienced. After this, we will still continue to use Landmark Dodge. We also want to thank Derrick Daniels and Tim the GM! Thank you so much! More

Went back for a 2nd car two days later!!! I was lucky enough to get Michael Collins as my Sales Rep. Took my wife here to get a car for her birthday and Mike did everything he could to make he I was lucky enough to get Michael Collins as my Sales Rep. Took my wife here to get a car for her birthday and Mike did everything he could to make her happy. The experience was so good I went back two days later to get a 2nd car, and I was given the same treatment. Go see Michael Collins!!! He is also teamed up with Chad Bastia, who is the finance manager who will do everything he can to give you the best financing available. Overall best car buying experience I ever had. More

Great Buying, terrible after Just bought a new Ram Laramie 1500. I did not have it for a full day (less than 100 miles), and now it has been sitting in a Ram service shop for 2 da Just bought a new Ram Laramie 1500. I did not have it for a full day (less than 100 miles), and now it has been sitting in a Ram service shop for 2 days with a fuel delivery issue, while I am driving a rental Ford Focus, that I could have paid cash for if that is what I wanted instead of financing the new truck. Evan was courteous, up front and a good salesman, but was put in the middle of a service issue, which should have been handled by a service or dealership manager (who I asked to talk to several times and was told that they would call me back, still haven't heard from them 3 days later). You would think that someone other than your salesman would be interested in helping to resolve an issue like this, or at the very least call to say they were sorry, especially on a truck with a 50k plus sticker price. The employees at this dealership are obviously very good at selling vehicles, but I would say that the true test of a company/dealership starts after the sale, at which point IMO, they have failed miserably. Hopefully anyone who chooses to purchase a vehicle here will have a better experience than I have, otherwise, they will eventually run out of new customers. More
