I never met a more kind, competent, attentive, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, genuine Service Adviser before, and I've dealt with many all my life. He has always shown that he cares about his customers, and is always willing to help resolve issues quickly and effectively. He's seen me as a person, and not as another profitable service ticket. He has taken really good care of my vehicle, and has handled the repair process professionally. Joe Dodd truly deserves to be recognized, and you must know how appreciative I am for everything he's done for me. Recently, my Jeep stayed at the service department for about a month due to complicated matters with the Warranty Group we were dealing with, but there was not a single day that Joe didn't go out of his way to get that resolved effectively for me. I then spoke to Evan on the phone for additional information before going to the dealership. It was late when we got there and Evan and Mike (the finance representative) made us feel at ease about staying late. I was expecting to have to go back the next day to pick up the truck but all was completed and we drove the truck home that evening. Special shout out to Evan and Mike for their patience and time!
