Not only did they have the exact car I was looking for (huge inventory of cars!) but there were several similar ones to choose from. Other dealerships closer to home had little inventory and none had the car I wanted. It was actually amazing how incompetent most of the salespeople were at other dealerships. Not so with Landmark. The main reason I decided to do business with Landmark was my experience with my salesman, Mr Evan Biddle. He immediately identified the cars that I might be interested in and made sure that they were present in the current inventory. He responded to my requests for information, pricing and incentives in a concise, professional, and respectful manner. He was extremely knowledgeable about product and financing options. He was patient with my many phone calls in advance of coming into the dealership. When I arrived, the cars I was interested in were parked at the front of the dealership and had been cleaned and were ready to go. Evan was personable yet very businesslike. Because Evan is a veteran of the United States Air Force and his dad is a retired United States Marine, I was inclined from the beginning to do business with him. I so appreciate our veterans, especially the ones that have served and have moved on to the private sector to continue their careers as productive citizens. I highly recommend Evan Biddle and Landmark Dodge/Chrysler. It was definitely worth the trip to have such a satisfying car buying experience. More

I would also like to add that Landmark made both me and my pregnant wife feel really comfortable during the entire process with no "shark" type behavior that most dealerships have that keep potential buyers away. It all started with a Truecar inquiry email from our sales consultant Evan Biddle who we highly recommend. He answered all questions we had about buying a 2014 Durango including financing and everything via email. Most dealerships are reluctant to give you this info without setting foot on the lot. We were able to set up a same day appointment via email and text, and when we arrived, Evan not only had our Durango of choice waiting up front, he was also outside in the cold waiting for us! We had a surprise credit hiccup that kept us from purchasing this Durango without crazy financing numbers, but he ended up showing us a really close and honestly way more practical alternative Durango that looks the same anyhow with an even better deal and more things included for subtantially cheaper! Days later, we are both actually happier with the Durango we bought and don't miss the other one we "thought" we wanted! No regrets! The entire staff was courteous and helpful during the entire process, including Chuck McCall who is the sales manager who was really nice and went above and beyond to help us get as close to what we originally wanted as possible. Mike Wise was also very courteous, comforting, and enjoyable to talk and work with during the signing papers process. Don't be intimated by the size of Landmark. They are like a small, custom tailored to your needs dealership in a big dealership body. If you are the type of person who is intimidated by dealerships, I recommend Landmark, and more specifically, Evan Biddle for new sales, Chuck McCall for new car sales manager, and Mike Wise for financing! We will no doubt be a long time Landmark customer for our future Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep purchases! More

Being from out of state, I needed a little more servicing via email than the typical walk-in customer. Evan was more than courteous and timely in getting back to me with all the answers to my questions. We were able to settle on a deal via email and a quick phone call to his finance manager. I flew into Atlanta airport where Evan was waiting to pick me up in my wife's new van. Back at the dealership on a busy Saturday evening, they got me in with one of the managers to print and sign the deal quickly and I was on my way back to Florida with the van. Everyone I met at the dealership was great! They made the buying process easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend Evan and the rest of the staff at Landmark! More
