Dale, You asked me to find it in my heart to add to my review that Landmark was working to make my experience better. You also stated that you were going to make sure the issue with Enterprise was taken care of and look into the missing part of my trim. I in turn asked that I get a return phone call to verify that the issue at enterprise was resolved and you stated that you were going to see if the trim piece I needed was in Stock and you would call me and let me know. All of that took place on Monday, it is Wednesday evening now and I have yet to receive a response. Would you as a customer really add anything to your review? Oh and by the way, the dealership in Newnan went way above and beyond and took care of my trim issue. I will be writing a great review about them. Why does Landmark refuse to call their customers back?
