Michael was patient with us from start to finish, we genuinely appreciated the patience and time they took to make our purchase as hassle-free and forced from start to finish. With an expanding waistline and being exhausted from a long day at work the last thing I wanted was to be forced into a car I did not want or for someone to blow me off because they thought they wouldn't get a sale. Needless to say, I wish we had more people to refer to them and so far we've been back to have the car detailed. They did it with no issues and fixed the tag on my car. I'm happy, my family is happy and we will be back at Landmark. More
landmark review i physically shopped 6 different dealers & contacted 4 more via internet. i entered into serious negotiations with 5 of them & landmark gave me the be i physically shopped 6 different dealers & contacted 4 more via internet. i entered into serious negotiations with 5 of them & landmark gave me the best deal. they actually exceeded my initial price expectations which was amazing considering i was purchasing a brand new model that hadn't even hit dealer lots & was in very high demand (ram 1500 ecodiesel). from the time i ordered the vehicle until it actually came in, i was aware the rebates had decreased by $1000 & fully expected to have to pony up the additional money. to my amazement, dale ayres made adjustments elsewhere so my bottom line didn't change; all this done voluntarily without any coaxing on my part. thank you, dale. evan, dale & mike were all very personable, polite & professional & i would definitely recommend & do business with them again. in fact, my son is driving down from nashville this weekend in hopes of another phenominal deal. while my overall experience was off the chart excellent, i would be remise in not mentioning a couple of negative points. first, the 10-15 min wait to see the the finance officer that evan alerted me to actually turned into an hour & then i was in the finance office for an additional hour. a bit lengthy. secondly, the delivery prep of the vehicle was dissappointing. there were several spots of tape residue, remnants of protective plastic & all 4 tires & wheels still had the chalky, waxy assembly markings on them. these 2 items don't even come close to detering me from giving landmark a 5 star rating & for the great deal i got, i would have probably been willing to spend the day with them & am willing to finish the cleanup but there is room for improvement. My daughter was first to arrive and Dale Ayers and Raul Joseph provided her with first class service. (they make a great team) She was well informed about the vehicle and all of its features. Once I arrived the treatment continued. We were made to feel right at home. I could not have asked for anything more. I will certainly be back to purchase a vehicle for my son at the end of the year. Thanks again Landmark for making the environment for my daughter's first purchase a fabulous one! More
I was cautiously optimistic then everything changed I drove from Birmingham, AL to Morrow (Atlanta) GA a few hours before the tornadic storms were to hit Alabama. I was promised a white "shaker Challenger" that was to be transfered from the Athen's GA dealership that shares ownership with Landmark. Before I actually arrived at the dealership my sales rep called me and told me that the white car was sold but he (seller Michael Bernard) had a black car with a 6 speed manual transmission and asked if I wanted that car? I immediately said yes! Michael did not know but a black 6 speed car was at the very top of my list of options that I would like in a Shaker Challenger. When I got to the dealership there was a bit of hesitation on the part of the dealership. They asked me for some money to hold since I was buying from out of town and writing a check. In my many years of car purchasing I have never heard of this tactic and I immediately got up to leave the dealership. I don't take any crap from any dealer. I was stopped from leaving and I quickly proved my source of funds and was moved to the finance office. Manager Tim Lambert and Finance Manager Mike Wise were old pros and could tell that I was serious and legit as a heart attack about being able to buy the car I wanted. The dealership offered me a lower finance rate and got me out quickly in my new Shaker Challenger. I got back to my home in Birmingham, AL before the storms came through and I am a happy camper with my new Dodge Challenger Shaker (a relatively rare car). More

We did a lot of negotiating online and via email before we ever went into the dealership to hopefully cut down on our time just sitting there--because wasting a whole day in a car dealership is the WORST. That online negotiating crumbled once we got there as it seemed the salesperson didn't understand our bottom line. We got to the point where we were going to walk out and our salesperson called in his boss and then his boss' boss. And man, those guys knew how to keep a customer. They listened to our needs, our financial cap, and were able to work some magic to get us into the perfect car for only just a little bit more than we planned to spend. We actually got a nicer car for not too much more money and our family is really pleased! We will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Landmark Dodge really does have the volume of car sales to be able to work about any deal you need. Good luck! More

I've been dealing with Mike Crouch and his service team for some years now, and If I have any issue, it's always taken care of, and I leave a very happy customer. I contacted the dealers I was looking for a new suv with 3 rows of seats. On line I came across the discounted price on the vehicle I was looking for. I contacted the dealership and made an appointment. The sales representative, Evan, had the car ready for me to look at. He explained all the features before I took it for a test drive. The negotiating part was not too bad. At first I was offered a much lower amount for my trade in than expected. We went back and forth and finally settled for an amount slightly lower than what I was hoping for. The rest was easy. Everybody was very professional and helpful. More
