Rodney was AWESOME!!!!! My husband had to work, so I brought a friend with me and he helped us and really listen to what I could afford. He did not try and tell me this is what you need. I recently found my car in need of major repairs and subject to stop running at anytime so I was urgently searching online for a used vehicle. I saw the commercial for Landmark Dodge and decided to visit their website. I became interested in a used vehicle that was available and started chatting online with Ian. Ian immediately asked if I was open to other options and invited me down to the dealership. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was acknowledged by everyone I encountered, which put me at ease. Ian greeted me promptly and had the used car ready for me to look at. While completing the initial financing paperwork, Ian and I chatted about other vehicle options and the incentives available when purchasing new. Then to my surprise, not only was I approved for financing but I could finance a new car. Ian had already selected a new vehicle for me to look at and surprised me even more: I could tell he really listened to me while we talked because the car he selected was my favorite color, and completely suited me. The paperwork was completed in a breeze and before I new it, I was leaving in a new car! The dealership exceeded my expectations on the deal I was given on my trade-in and the ease in which everything transpired. I've had my 2013 Dodge Dart one week today and couldn't be happier!
