Evan Biddle is the man. My wife and I purchased a new Jeep Rubicon from Landmark Dodge back in December and are extremely pleased with it. He worked closely with us to reach a deal that we were very happy with, and throughout the entire process, it was if we were working with a good friend. Today, a month after purchasing the Jeep, Evan essentially rescued my in-laws from disaster. My sister in law was deploying to the Middle East and lost her Jeep keys hours before her flight. The locksmith needed special information for her Jeep in order to make the replacement key. In a pinch, we called Evan, who helped us obtain the information needed. Otherwise, my family would have had to rent a hotel room for an extra 3 days, pay for a tow truck, and have the key made at the local dealership...all of which would have cost nearly a thousand dollars. More
Evan Biddle helped throughout the process from the internet all the way up to the sale. He was very honest and knowledgeable of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I came to this dealership, I did not intend to purchase, however after listening to the sale person, Michael, I was intrigue just to see if he could deliver on what he said, he actually did everyt purchase, however after listening to the sale person, Michael, I was intrigue just to see if he could deliver on what he said, he actually did everything he said, and to go to finance and find out notes were going to be cheaper than earlier said. These gentlemen put forth great effort to help me qualify for the car I chose. They took time out to see what was important to me such as what kind of payments I needed, the choice of car and the color etc. I have visited other dealerships and have never been treated with the customer service like what was provided here today at Landmark. I started the car buying process at the beginning of December, and after a few dealership let downs, I gave up. I finally gave in and filled out the initial prequalify paperwork online and was quickly contacted by Ian. He spoke to me about being pre-approved, the documents I needed to bring to the dealership, and ask when could I come in. I really like his "Straight to the Point" conversation and I made it a point to make my way to the dealership. Once there, I was greeted by Landmark staff and Ian came to get me. He already had the new 2014 Dodge Avenger pulled up. His PROFESSIONALISM was awesome! He showed my daughter and I the features of the car and we did the test drive. The car was great and I had my mind made up on it, until I went to get out of the car and my knees ached. I told Ian that the car was too low for my knees and he suggested the 2014 Jeep Compass. I asked for the numbers on both vehicles and after the rebates, the monthly payments were within $45 dollars of each other!!! I choose the Compass, did a quick test drive with Ian, and signed tons of paperwork with Chad the finance guy. In the end, Ian had the Compass washed and gassed up, and I left with a BRAND NEW vehicle with only 9 miles on it! Thanks Landmark Dodge! And thanks Ian! I will recommend you guys to everyone! More

My husband and I went to look for a truck and we end up driving it home that very same day. Evan Biddle was great; great customer service and very professional. I really appreciate his attitude and his concern with help us to leave as happy consumers. Joe Graves the Finance Manager was great also. He really worked hard for us; he made sure we got what wanted as well as what we needed, at the best possible rate. . Everyone at the dealership was friendly. Each one said "HI", asked if we were being helped and if there was anything they could do for us. They had high energy and were eager to work.
