I live 200 miles away from the dealership, so Ian helped me out by getting as much information as possible before I made the drive up there. Before I came to Land Mark Dodge I went to Cobb County Kia , when I first got there I could see that the show room was very messy and the sales man did address me after me being there for about 20 min, f Kia , when I first got there I could see that the show room was very messy and the sales man did address me after me being there for about 20 min, finally I spoke to somebodytold them what I wanted so they gave me the run around and promised me a new vehicle but after 2 hours there they were going to give me a used vehicle that had over 20,000 miles on it and a vehicle that I did not like so I left , my friends told me to go to Land Mark Dodge at Morrow Ga so that same day I went to Landmark Dodge, the show room was so clean and very nice looking and that's when I met Ian Grenier . Right at the start Ian received me and my family with a huge smile and treated us like we were part of the Landmark family. I told Ian that I had a 2008 kia optima that I was still making payments on. He said that it was not going to be a problem. Ian showed me the Dodge Dart 2013, it was a awesome car. My credit was not that great but Ian worked his magic and was able to get me approved for a new 2013 Dodge Dart.... The vehicle is awesome, drives great... Thank you Ian and Landmark Dodge for your help . I have already told my friends about you guys and have three that wants to come down to the dealership this weekend. I had already been to two other Chrysler dealerships in Atlanta, and either the sales reps were not knowledgeable about Jeeps, or they tried to push vehicles on me that I really couldn't afford. Ian was straightforward about financing terms and was able to explain the distinguishing features of the models I was interested in. The large selection also made it easier for me to compare the vehicles as I made a final decision. More

When the dealership did not have exactly what we wanted, the salesman worked to find us another vehicle that was better for a great price. (much lower than MSRP) This was the same for our first vehicle from the dealer as well. We've also had several different service appointments. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the vehicle serviced. We've had anything from simple oil changes to some degree of engine work. The estimates were true and never went over. The vehicle was always returned to us and fixed right the first time around. Never have we had to bring the car back for a second fix. I can't say enough about them. More

I was considering that until I found the one I wanted located in Georgia. I sent an inquiry about the vehicle. Within minutes I received an e-mail regarding the car and a request for a phone call. Ernest Hamilton was the person who contacted me and made the whole experience wonderful. Ernest was very patient with me when I asked for more pictures he sent them quickly. When I told him I wanted to go with a certain bank for financing then Yousef was a great adviser. The entire transaction was above and beyond any experience I've ever had when buying a vehicle. I am so thrilled with the customer service. I would wholeheartedly recommend Landmark in Morrow, GA to anyone who asked. I will probably contact them again in the future. More

I felt that he really was there to make me happy with my purchase. The gentleman in the finance department was also great. He explained every aspect of my loan and ensure that I understood everything. The amount of personal care I received and better yet, the deal I got was without question one of the best I have ever experienced. This is my first NEW car experience and it surely won't be the last with Landmark Dodge. I will be recommending this dealership to anyone I know is interested in purchasing a vehicle. More
