I called and spoke with Ernest on the phone about my recent car troubles. He took a little information on the phone to see if he could help me and he called back within 15 minutes and asked me to fill o recent car troubles. Upon receiving my credit application, he called and explained what he could do for me, offered me transportation to come to the dealership and drove out to Sandy Springs himself to get me.
