Ian was very helpful with my purchase of my first new car.I am 64 yrs old and he got me the best deal for my income. It is black on black and I look awsome in that car ,at least thats what my girlfriend says..I will definitely tell all my friends and co-workers to give him a call or just stop by the dealership and ask for Ian Grenier. On yesterday I visited the Don Jackson dealership in Union City. Although they were helpful I didn't leave there very happy. I decided to call Landmark to discuss with them the experience I had at the o Union City. Although they were helpful I didn't leave there very happy. I decided to call Landmark to discuss with them the experience I had at the other dealership and to see if they would be able to help me even though I was just turned down 30 minutes prior. Damien was extremely helpful and told me to stop by if I had the time. Well I went over and he introduced me to Ranier. I wanted a Dodge Charger but I really couldn't afford the monthly payments. He tried really hard to get me what I wanted but I knew that the Charger was out of my budget. I was going to go home empty handed but Ranier suggested that I take a look at some other vehicles that I could possibly afford or might like. I was a little disappointed because I really wanted the Charger and I didn't think my husband would approve or like any of the other vehicles in my price range. Ranier took me around a showed me a couple of vehicles. He took me back and forth in the hot sun until I finally made up my mind. He was very patient and constantly reassured me that I would be pleased if I just checked out another vehicle. He told me to take a test drive. I really didn't want to because I was a 100% that I would like the vehicle but I was absolutely sure that my husband would not. I eventually drove the Jeep Patriot and I was very pleased. I spoke with my husband several times during my visit and he was very supportive. I was extremely impressed with the amount of patience and respect Ranier showed me while he worked with me for hours until I made up my mind. I enjoyed my experience at Landmark and the time spent with such a great salesman. I am very satisfied with my vehicle and the customer service that was displayed. Thanks :) More

I stopped by Landmark DCJ to look at the 2013 Ram trucks ... and, at that time, ONLY to look ... I did want a new Dodge Ram, but I felt that I had several issues that would prevent me from being able to pur ... and, at that time, ONLY to look ... I did want a new Dodge Ram, but I felt that I had several issues that would prevent me from being able to purchase one ... EVERYONE at the dealership who worked with me let me know that they truly appreciated the fact that I came there to shop for a vehicle ... my experience was an extremely enjoyable one, and i drove away from Landmark as the proud owner of a 2013 Ram 1500 Crew Cab ... You know, there are any number of ways that an individual(s) can sell someone a major purchase, such as a vehicle ... and virtually everyone going through the "purchase" experience feels as if a dealership could - or would - take advantage of them during this process ... In my opinion, the primary difference between Landmark and other dealerships can be summed up in one word : RESPECT ! RESPECT to-and for- the customer ! Lamin ceasay has proven to be a wonderful worker for landmark. I have been a customer for landmark for over 7 years and I cant imagine going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. there are alot of deale landmark. We visited Landmark because a family friend recommended it and once we arrived it was definitely worth the 45 minute drive from our home. My husband and I were looking at a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee we saw on the website, and were pleasantly surprised that it lived up to the great description online. Once running the numbers we decided to also consider a new, 2014 Grand Cherokee and decided to go with the new car in the end. We really enjoyed working with everyone in the dealership and have already recommended Rodney and his co-workers to our friends! More
I was in the market for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. I was not happy with my local dealer so went online. I was interacting with several dealers over a week. Rodney Moody was very responsiv Overland. I was not happy with my local dealer so went online. I was interacting with several dealers over a week. Rodney Moody was very responsive and answered all my questions. He was not pushy; very supportive. On the day of my purchase, I visited four other dealers to get a value of my trade; but then went to Landmark to give them the opportunity to beat the deal. Rodney worked with the sales manager to make it work. Rodney is very personable and engaging. We had plenty of time to talk and get to know each other as it took over 2 hours before the finance department saw me (and I was paying cash for the vehicle). That is the only reason I cannot give a five rating for this experience. In addition, the finance manager refused to process the refund on my extended warranty on the old vehicle even though they should have been able to do it. It was a very sour ending to what could have been an outstanding customer service experience. To truly illustrate Rodney's customer focus: As soon as I got back to Athens, I noticed a small paint blemish on the vehicle. Rodney has arranged for this to be repaired at my local Athens dealership vs. me returning to the Landmark dealership. I would highly recommend Rodney Moody and hope that people who view this will ask for him personally when they are in the market for a vehicle. We will certainly go back to him even though he is not local the next time we are looking for a vehicle. More
