My wife and I had been searching for a vehicle for a long time, but had been dissatisfied with what we had seen so far. We were very specific in what we were looking for, and wanted a mid sized SUV or crosso time, but had been dissatisfied with what we had seen so far. We were very specific in what we were looking for, and wanted a mid sized SUV or crossover with a 3rd row, leather, towing ability, and that was affordable. We have friends who own Dodge Journeys, so we decided to check them out. I submitted an inquiry on the dealer website, and received a call from Mike Wise shortly after. He invited us to come check out their inventory, so we obliged. When we arrived at around 5:30pm, we were greeted at the door by the receptionist, and she paged Mike to the front. He had been expecting us, so he went right to work finding us the perfect vehicle. We test drove a 2013 Journey, and liked it pretty well. Mike answered all of our questions and offered great information about the car. On the way back in, a 2010 Jeep Commander caught our eye. Mike grabbed the keys, and we took it for a spin. Despite being a used vehicle, Mike had an extensive knowledge of that model, and that specific vehicle's history. It had everything we were looking for; seating for 7, leather, towing ability, low miles, and it was a downright sexy looking suv...Not to mention the price was right in the range we were looking for. Within minutes, we were sold. Mike took us inside, and laid out several financing options and scenarios, so that we could find the one that best fit our budget and purchasing power. We had our children with us, and anyone with kids knows that this is the most boring part of buying a car. Mike worked quickly, and we drove off the lot with our "new" Jeep at around 9:00pm. One thing that I think deserves pointing out is how professional the staff at Landmark is. I never felt pressured at any point during our visit. All of our questions and concerns were addressed to our satisfaction, and our salesman just made us feel really good about our purchase. I've dealt with plenty of pushy salesmen in the past, and even some who insist on selling you a vehicle you're clearly not interested in, rather than the one you want. Mike Wise is certainly not this kind of salesman. This is my first experience at Landmark, and will certainly be a memorable one. I have no doubt that Landmark will be our first destination the next time we're in the market for a vehicle. More

A rainy evening in December, 2012. My Husband and I went car shopping for daughter, went to 3 locations near our home and I had become tired and frustrated until I thought about Landmark Used Cars. When I called I got Howard on the phone told him what we was looking for and what we wanted to spend. He immediately called me back and I selected one of the cars on the phone, he called me back and said what the total would be, thats how impressed he was all the while (sitting in front of the salesperson from the other lot). Howard had told us what time he got off, but, he would wait for us. He should have been home about 3 hrs but we walked out with our SUV. My daughter cried when she saw it and said that she was having chest pains because that is what she test drove a year earlier. I have never met a nicer person and he was so concerned about our daughter, told us all of the features, where everything was and for her to come back to have it detailed. Landmark and Howard seems to have taken her under their wing. I highly encourage to make Landmark and Howard your FIRST stop when looking to purchase an exceptional used car.
