I received many calls from different salesmen trying to persuade me to come to their dealership but I did not make an appointment. I received a call from Howard Wenbert who was very professional and asked persuade me to come to their dealership but I did not make an appointment. Howard was so professional in making sure he knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. I knew he was the salesman I wanted to deal with on my quest to purchase a new car. Howard made an appointment for me to see the car based on what I had said I wanted. When I arrived Howard had two cars for me to look at. He explained all the features of the car and we took a test drive. Howard had the car I was looking for and I purchased a new 2013 Chrysler 300. Howard was never pushy. He was very patient as he carefully explained all the features of the new car so I would understand. This is the first car I have purchased and I was told how pushy the salesmen would be to sell me a car. This was not my experience. The purchase was easy, as Howard had done the work to find exactly what I was looking for prior to my arrival. He worked hard to get me the price I wanted.
