The selection is realy good. I went in looking for a used Chrysler 300 and they about 7 of them. Joe was able to get us in one of them, with in our budget. Joe Graves really made my day today. I came in his office to trade my 1999 camry in and walked out with a new 2013 dodge dart. I purchased a new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in December 2011 from Landmark. I was interested in the new JGC since I first saw it back in the summer. I went to Landmark in August to get a closer look and test drive. (I put up my guard anticipating the usual high pressure sales tactic routine.) Mr. Chuck McCall came up to me and introduced himself and began explaining everything in detail about the vehicle. I did lots of research before I came to the dealership and he knew everything I already knew and more. We did the test drive and I was very impressed, although I was not yet ready to purchase. He told me that he would keep in touch, (which at a dealership usually means that they will call you every day until you change your phone number.) It was nothing like that with Chuck. He called a couple of times to let me know about new sales and offers but never came across as pushy. December came around and I was ready to buy. I brought my wife to the dealership this time and we did another test drive, just to be sure. We were convinced that we wanted the vehicle and that we wanted to purchase it from Landmark, wholly due to the service we received from Chuck. I signed all the paperwork in the afternoon but had to go into work for a couple of hours. Once I came back that evening, I handed over the keys to my trade-in and Chuck had my new dream vehicle detailed and ready for me. It's been a year and I still love it just as much as I did on day one. Thanks, Chuck! More
