This was by far my best car buying venture ever. My sellsman Joe Graves did a wonderful job. He walked me through the process step by step. He listened to my needs and gave me exactly what I wanted. when my wife and i walked into landmark we were greeted by rodney to see if he could help us.we were not sure what type of vehicle we were looking for so rodney gave us time to look around{that was great}a by rodney to see if he could help us.we were not sure what type of vehicle we were looking for so rodney gave us time to look around{that was great}after we had a basic idea rodney let us test drive several different styles and suggested a couple of other kinds of cars.after we found what we wanted rodney went to work on getting us into that car with a price we could afford,it took alittle bit of time but rodney went to bat for us and did a great job.that was in 2010 in 2011 we upgreaded to a newer model of same car again worked with rodney.Rodney just want to say THANK YOU and and the service department for all your hard work and friendly atmisphere.we will and have recommended landmark dodge and rodney to our family and friends.we love the challenger thanks. Like most people...I dreaded dealing with a sales person to purchase a car. I knew what I wanted and didn't need anyone to convince me. I was contacted by Chuck first and simply told him that I was just l to purchase a car. I knew what I wanted and didn't need anyone to convince me. I was contacted by Chuck first and simply told him that I was just looking. After I found a car that they had that interested me, I stopped by. Chuck was not in so Austin and Patrick helped me. They showed me the car that I was interested in and another like it that had just been traded in. While it was not exactly what I wanted, I liked the car. We discussed pricing and I told them that I wanted to do a little research on the car and insurance for it. They did not pressure me and understood. Once I was comfortable with the reviews the car was getting and knew that there were no suprises coming regarding insurance coverage for it...I asked for the best price. Once I was comfortable with the price I agreed to stop back by and test drive it once more. I wound up buying the car and was impressed by everyones courtesy and helpfulness. More
Chuck Mccall was Awesome!!! i highly Recommend him I walked in Confussed and wasnt for sure if i would get a car i walked out with a Brand New Truck and payments lower than i Thought!!! I didn't have a chance with Patrick and Benard. They made sure I bought from them. Price was amazing. $500 below the next competitor. They called back when they said they would. I had a wonderful experience - bought a dodge ram 1500 on sale, Chuck was GREAT!! Also there was a man in the finance department who helped greatly!!
