We drove through looking for a certain vehicle that they did not have. A salesman approached and asked if we would be interested in buying a Dodge Challenger instead. We said no and made the mistake of giving him our numbers which he wore out. He called a couple days later and said he found 5 cars we were looking for but refused to tell us where they were. Said he would have to go with us to look at these cars. I asked if he could have one of them brought to us and he replied no. So I came home, looked on line and found Landmark Dodge which is about 85 or 90 miles from our home. We found what we were looking for. I called and spoke with Rodney. Mr. Moody said he would go and physically look to make sure the car was on the lot. He called back and said it was there. We drove to Landmark and met Rodney and we test drove several different cars, which Rodney never not one time got impatient or testy with us. After reaching the trade in price I had to have for our 2008 Jeep Wrangler, we made a deal and drove the car home. We made the deal with Rodney to have a Sun Roof installed and he did exactly as he said he would do. I carried the car back to them for the installation and Rodney had me an automobile to drive back home. I was called the next day to come get our car, that it was ready. I made the trip back, picked up our new Compass, dropped of the rental truck. Had another talk with Rodney and headed back home. I am 62 years old and have worked with the public almost all of my working career. I have held several management positions and was always looking for employees like Rodney. Rodney went the extra mile to make Margie and myself comfortable, relaxed, and over all at ease with the dealership. I am glad we drove all that mileage to Landmark for the new sale we purchased. I feel Rodney was just being himself and putting on NO false airs. In my opinion this young man is an asset to Landmark Dodge. I wish him well and a very prosperous career with this Dealership.
