FRAUD..HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE This dealership is a fraud. So, my husband was in the market to buy a vehicle. He was going to buy a 2017 Dodge Challenger at the Morrow, Ga location. This dealership is a fraud. So, my husband was in the market to buy a vehicle. He was going to buy a 2017 Dodge Challenger at the Morrow, Ga location. He went to buy the vehicle on a Saturday. They did not finish the paperwork and let him leave with the vehicle. My husband returned to the dealership and decided against buying the vehicle for several reasons. One of reason being that they would not give him his tax exempt for being military personal in TN. When I called and explained to the dealership, Yousuf, in finance was very unprofessional and rude and hung up in my face once he realized that I was correct. Yousuf, also said a lot of degrading/sexist remarks to my husband, telling him that, "He didn't know who ran the relationship but that he needed to control his wife." So they continued to try to sell my husband the vehicle, but I would not cosign because the numbers were not right and they were horrible with customer service. So once they realized that my husband was not going to buy the vehicle, they returned him his vehicle and said that the vehicle was shaking and that they were not going to give him his $500 deposit until they had someone look at the car. Fast forward to a couple of weeks later, they said that they were only returning $380 because they had to detail the car and service the vehicle (later found out through a complaint that the vehicle needed an alignment with less than 100 miles that my husband put on it). So I emailed, Tim Lambert a couple of times in order to get receipts of the service completed and none of my emails were returned. He returned one email initially and said that they would not return my deposit because my husband "took a joy ride in his vehicle". I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone !!!!! You've been warned. More

I informed the internet salesman what worked price-wise for me informing him that I would not be making the 3 hour trip to get the vehicle if he couldn't ensure me of a certain monthly payment for a certain amount of months at a certain interest rate. He guaranteed the same so on my way I went on a 3 hour road trip to pick up the vehicle and sign on the dotted line. I drove the vehicle further falling in love with it excited to get it all finalized so I could begin the 3 hour drive back to my home. Over an hour there and the sketchy-ness of a carsalesman began to surface. Over 2 hours at the dealership and I got called back to the finance guy. Into the paperwork and I find that what my salesman promised was not the case. I was so disappointed. I thought this car shopping experience wasnt going to be like the story so many hear. The interest rate was higher, the payment length was longer, and my faith was dwindling. I wasn't sure who was behind the dishonesty, but I leaned towards thinking it was the salesman. When the finance guy saw my surprise and disappointment, he appeared to try to help in any way he could. I felt already in the deal for the long haul but I can't help but feel "had" by this dealership or the salesman (whichever one we want to point the finger at). With a credit score of over 810, I don't feel like they did what they could to make the deal the best they could to satisfy me. More

Brake problem I went in today, which mind you is my 5th visit since I bought the car 6 months ago, I have continuously spoken to them about my brakes. For the past 4 visits I told them there is something wrong with my brakes they continuously checked the green section saying there was no issues however I pulled my tire off to look myself and my rotors were CRACKED. It is absolutely absurd that they let me leave with them like that. That is illegal along with dangerous to my safety and my families safety along with the safety for others on the road when I am. I trusted them with my life and my families lives and I shouldn't have. They OPENLY ADMITTED that the mechanics have NOT been taking the tires off to do my brake inspection WHICH IS ILLEGAL. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I am to the point of contacting my attorney however I also wanted to let other people out there know to go to a different place to get a vehicle. My car is a certified preowned vehichle from them!!! This place is a joke and should not be certified to work on vehicles! I know for a fact it is illegal for them to do this type of stuff and I will not allow them to get by with it to anyone else who researches the places they use! Terrible terrible place! When I spoke to them on the phone at 9 am they said they could get me in right then and be gone by 12:30pm the latest. I did not get to leave until 1:30. Me and my wife who drive school buses were too late to go to work so we lost money for the afternoon. I hope I never have to return to this place again. More
Failure again Had my Ram 1500 in Landmark DCJ in Morrow for routine service in April. Mentioned that the radio was acting up. Took it back a few months later for the same problem. Again they could not duplicate and my word wasn't good enough. Had to finally video the problem then took it back again. This time they said they fixed it and it wasn't ready when promised. Picked up truck and by the time I got home it was doing the same thing. Left two messages for my service tech and two emails to Landmark and all I have heard is crickets. This is not the first time I have had problems with the service department. But I can promise you this, it will be the last time I purchase a vehicle from Landmark. Service after the purchase brings back customers. I can buy a Ram 1500 anywhere. UPDATE My service tech called me. She was very apologetic and said she had not received my voice messages. They are working on the problem More

Mister Ried was more interested in the football game on his computer than working with my wife and I and we had to do parts of his duties just to get the deal done. Mister McCall was over heard by us telling other buyers in the near by cubicle the exact same Excuses he gave to us it was shocking We feel we were out right cheated out of 1,000 dollars on our deal. If it weren't for Mr Pattick Bernard jumping in on these two and being the professional. We would have walked out. More

The absolute worst car buying experience ever The person I spoke to on the phone was not even there after my wife and I drove an hour and a half. Then the salesman that came to help us pawned us off on someone else within two minutes of us talking to him. No one there knew anything about the car lot. Every salesman was out side setting off alarms trying to find the car or truck they were looking for including ours. When we found the truck we were looking for the price went up seven thousand dollars from the Internet price. Then they ran my credit six times without showing me any numbers. Which was denied for the reason the manager said was the truck wasn't worth what they were asking because they was trying to give six thousand dollars less than five other car lots before them. Which by the way all off them showed me numbers and didn't run my credit because the numbers were higher than I wanted to go More
