Good Morning, When you purchased your vehicle on 5/5/2016 you left the dealership very happy with your purchase and with the service that was given. Per the finance manager and the salesperson, they explained that the taxes, fees and warranty etc.. were all included in the payment and that you received a very low price on the Chrysler 200. Two weeks later you returned to the dealership with buyers remorse for whatever reason, and wanted to return the vehicle. We asked you if there was anything wrong with the vehicle, and you responded that there wasn't anything wrong with the Chrysler 200. At that point there is nothing that we can do because your loan for the vehicle is with Ally bank and was established. You stated that Ally told you that you could return the vehicle, however they would be the people to take the vehicle back. The loan is through them, as stated previously during your visit and as you mentioned above. We tried to come to some sort of agreement during your most recent visit and unfortunately we were not able to appease you.
