Worst car buying experience purchased a used vehicle from this location about 3 weeks ago. The first day I was there for 6 hours. There was not that much to negotiate. This was purchased a used vehicle from this location about 3 weeks ago. The first day I was there for 6 hours. There was not that much to negotiate. This was on a Saturday. By the time everything was said and done all the finance companies were closed. The finance guy Mike had to make an appointment to get me back in on the next Thursday. I was there another 6 hours. I had to get my own financing due to bad interest rates. I asked the manager in used cars about a headlight that had moisture in it. It had to be replaced and a big deal was made about the cost. This whole time I kept trying to get them to put new tires on the truck as the tires were nearly bald. They refused. I took delivery of the truck, the stickers were still in the front window, no fuel, bald tires, no dealer inspection, and there was a hitch reducer in the truck when I took it for the weekend and test drove it. When it was taken for the new headlight, it was gone. I keep contacting Don Underwood in used Cars, regarding these issues and I get put off. I am done with this dealership. More
Managment Failure (service department) September 7th, 2019. Complete Disgust. My 2018 RAM1500 P/U was taken to Landmark Dodge in Independence, Missouri. I pulled into the service bay and wa September 7th, 2019. Complete Disgust. My 2018 RAM1500 P/U was taken to Landmark Dodge in Independence, Missouri. I pulled into the service bay and was greeted by a gentleman named Dakota. Dakota was courteous and took all of the information in a professional manner. The problem that my 1500 was experiencing is a loud rattle in the door and/or left side of the dash board. Fast forward 2 hours and we were notified the problem was found and some expanding foam solved the problem (expanding foam?). Come get the pickup. No charge since it is covered under the primary warranty. I asked if the pickup was driven to verify that the problem was gone. They said that it was. IT WAS NOT. The pick up was still in the service bay on a rack. Typically, repaired vehicles are moved outside. Got in the pickup and there was NO difference in the mileage. It was not test driven before or after to recreate/verify the problem /repair. So, I was lied to, period. I found that in less than one block that there was no improvement. Same problem. I was told to stay away from Landmark prior to my visit and now I know why. Deal with Landmark only if you want to be lied to. I do not completely blame the mechanic(s). This is a complete failure of the management and specifically the service manager. They need to learn the art of Extreme Ownership. More

start stop not working. took JL Rubicon in to get the start stop fixed. had to order the part. never got a call that the part was in. so I called at 9.00am, the answering s took JL Rubicon in to get the start stop fixed. had to order the part. never got a call that the part was in. so I called at 9.00am, the answering service said they did not open till 8.00am. called the next day at 9.00 am, the answering service said they did not open till 8.00am. called Harrisonville Landmark to have them call them, finally got in. took the Rubi in and they finally got it fixed. told me they drove it and everything was good. Less than a mile away had more issues showing up. Battery charging- start stop not working-protect mode. besides all this, have varmints nibbling on 5 pieces of plastic fenders, bumpers and vents, so I asked to have an estimate on the 5 pieces that need to be replaced and they gave me an estimate for 1 fender after having an argument amongst themselves on who did not tell who. to do this. Buy a jeep there, probably. Service.... we will see More

Jason Long..Best service advisor in Atlanta I have had 5 cars from this dealership and the one reason I continue to come here is because of Jason Long and the service department. Jason and I hav I have had 5 cars from this dealership and the one reason I continue to come here is because of Jason Long and the service department. Jason and I have become very familiar with each other because I refuse to have any other service advisor attend to my vehicle if it's not him. He is very professional and he knows all about Dodge vehicles and the men in the service department seem to really respect him and listen to him. Everything he tells me he will try and do for me it always gets done and the service he gives is above and beyond. If it were not for him I would not even come to this dealership but because of him I will not go to another dealership so I just want to personally thank you Jason! Always a pleasure! More

This dealership is a $hithole full of liars. In a nutshell, we made a deal online only to have them pretend to not know anything about how or why the person who we were corresponding with would a In a nutshell, we made a deal online only to have them pretend to not know anything about how or why the person who we were corresponding with would agree to that price when we got to the dealership to do the paperwork. We were getting in our car to leave and-on cue-the manager ran after us and begged us to come back inside. The only reason we went back inside is because this was the only dealership within a few hundred miles that had the exact vehicle we wanted in inventory. After a lot of back and forth, we wound up paying $500 more than the price we had planned to pay, which was $14,000 less than the sticker and $4,000 less than what they put in front of us before we walked out on the sale. Apart from the tired, sleazy sales “game” they like to play, the actual facility is a complete dump and is not at all welcoming or comfortable. I’m not sure what they do with their profits, but they sure aren’t spending any money on decor or even clothing that fits. I wouldn’t set foot in that place again if they were giving me a car for free, it’s THAT disgusting. If Chrysler has any minimum standards for dealer facilities, I don’t see how this place makes the grade. More
