Which was tough, as I liked my vehicle and wasn’t interested in anything else. I went in to look at 2 specific used vehicles and 1 new on Landmark’s lot. There was no pressure at all for any of the options I was looking at. Jeff did not make me feel like I was being taken advantage of at any point during the sale process. During the paperwork portion, I figured I was in for a fight since the sale was so seamless. Again, they surprised the heck out of me by making sure I got a rate I didn’t think was possible at a price that was more than reasonable. All complete within a fairly quick time frame. I have every intention of recommending Jeff Sleight at Landmark Ford to anyone I know in the market for a vehicle. He calls himself the “dad car salesman” and I found this to be completely accurate and appreciate him so much for making me feel comfortable during a difficult time. Thanks again Jeff!
