After much searching, I was referred to this dealer by a coworker. I test drove many cars prior to arriving at Landmark. She was very honest, friendly, helpful, hardworking and she had a great personality. I would definitely recommend anyone to ask for her. I felt so bad that I test drove 3 cars and then I finally narrowed it down to one. She had patience and it was greatly appreciated! She went far and beyond to make me happy (: All of the Honda team (specifically those listed above) was great and made this first expereince great! I owe it all to the Honda team. I am fourteen years old and my family recently had our five-year-old BMW X5 break down. So, this time, we decided to go for a different brand. A brand that’s reliable and has good cars. We also decided that the Honda Pilot worked perfectly with our busy schedule. My mom, being a working mother, has to balance kids, my sister's sports, my sports, a job, and so much more. She doesn't have time to just sit and call a car dealership because she’s always on the go. So, on my way to volleyball practice, she asked me to call all the Honda dealerships in the area. I called the one at Tysons, Arlington, and the Landmark dealership. For some reason, the other dealerships thought it was comical that a fourteen year old called and wanted a Honda Pilot. Landmark Honda was the only dealership that took us seriously and called us back. Guess who's picking up a black Honda Pilot tomorrow afternoon? We are. And guess where we got it? Landmark Honda. I would highly suggest going there, the staff is also very friendly and they seem to have a very good work environment going on. The guys worked with us to make sure picking up the car fit our schedule and wanted to make sure we had an overall enjoyable experience. Keep up the good work guys! More

I contacted Landmark on the internet looking to beat a deal I had already set up with another dealership. I had always bought my Honda's in the past from Landmark and was happy so I figured I would be ma deal I had already set up with another dealership. I had always bought my Honda's in the past from Landmark and was happy so I figured I would be made happy again. I could not of been more wrong!!! Kevin who is the sales desk manager called me before I came in and said that it would be no problem to beat the deal I had. When I got to Landmark Honda and sat down to negotiate with Kevin who I spoke with earlier started out by talking about how my car (2008 Infinti G35X) wasn't worth as much and he would be doing me a favor by letting me trade it in. Then he gave me a price which was 200 more a month then we had talked about on the phone. I told him again that I already had his deal beat and he would need to do better to win my business. He continued to try to feed me more BS. I ended up leaving and going to Bill Page Honda in Falls Church and buying the car for 200 less a month then Landmark wanted to sell me the car for. Bill Page did not BS me and gave me fair value for my trade. Beware of Kevin at Landmark Honda he is a scam artist. More
My husband and I had a FANTASTIC experience at Landmark Honda. This by far was the best customer service experience we have ever had with a dealership! I took my car to a local mechanical shop that was cle Honda. This by far was the best customer service experience we have ever had with a dealership! I took my car to a local mechanical shop that was clearly taking advantage of us and charging insane prices-$430 to replace a bearing!!! Landmark Honda came to the rescue. My car was immobile so hey took my car from the auto shop to their dealership and really took care of us and our car problem. I will never go to another car mechanic shop again, I will always go to Landmark Honda! More
I dropped my 2011 Honda Civic coupe at the dealership due to a recall notice relating to a defect in the rollover valve. I picked up the car in damaged condition; the rear bumper panel was slightly pulled aw to a recall notice relating to a defect in the rollover valve. I picked up the car in damaged condition; the rear bumper panel was slightly pulled away from the rest of the body along with a notch shaped abrasion in the rear of the bumper panel. I did not notice this immediately; when i returned with the vehicle the service employee disavowed any responsibility for it, told me it wasn't covered under any warranty, and advised me to take it to a body shop to get it fixed (after giving the panels a few open handed slaps at their junction point). Landmark Honda is dishonest, incompetent, and knows nothing about customer service or solving problems-nor do they care to. I will never buy another Honda as a result of this, nor will I ever deal with another Honda dealership again. I will not ever take it to Honda dealership to be serviced-not even for an oil change. Bad morals, bad ethics, and completely lacking in charachter and decency. Caveat Emptor (Buyer beware) More
Ok, so I pretty much dread going to the dealership to get my car serviced because it's always way too expensive, but my car was randomly smoking so I had to. Called in the morning and was able to get an appointment the same day. Prognosis was pretty bad and they came back with a roughly $2000 estimate for various services. Since I had just been hit with another random $2000 bill this past week from my veterinarian, I absolutely could not afford to shell out another $2000. I worked with my service specialist, and he was able to cost engineer the bill down to a point that I could work with. AND he paid for me to have a rental car overnight so that I could leave my car there. I was really shocked. I normally hate my dealership experiences (so much so that I had to switch from Koons Honda in Manassas to Landmark), but this one was tremendously positive. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I highly recommend these guys. The associates that work with you in the service department are all really nice and professional (I overheard other associates talking to customers about their services.) Dealer services are always going to be a little price gouge-y, and that's to be expected, but if you really need service from a Honda dealership, do it at this one...they actually care. More
