I recently went to Landmark Honda to purchase a new car and I had a wonderful experience. My sales person was Wisdom and he was great to work with. He was very friendly and helpful. He was extremely knowledgable about the cars I was interested in and I didn't feel like he was too pushy, as some car salesmen can be. I felt comfortable to take time to weigh my options, ask questions, and consider all alternatives. Wisdom was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. The wait to sign paperwork was over an hour and a half (they were short staffed). In addition, we found mistakes in the paperwork that would have cost us several thousand dollars over the life of the car loan. I encourage all patrons to be very aware of all the numbers in their sales contract before signing any documents. More

I have had my Honda Accord serviced at Landmark for nine years. I have always received excellent service. Most recently Todd has overseen the work done on my car. I plan to continue taking my car to Landmark for service and plan to replace my 2000 Honda with another from Landmark in a few years. More
The customer service at Landmark led by Mr. Tony Dixon is exceptional in every aspect. I just tend to rate quality of work as "good" because the services performed are cyclical. It was very important for me to find a service center that was reputable and trustworthy, and the very first time I went to Landmark for my first oil change, i was incredibly impressed with the customer service. Todd Dixon has always been extremely helpful, friendly, accommodating, and professional. When I go to Landmark, i trust that my car is in good hands and I do not worry about anything once I leave. The work that they do is high quality, the technicians are well trained, patient, and efficient. I do not know a lot about cars, and the whole process of going into a service center, was a little overwhelming at first, but Todd, has always been very patient, and has answered any and every question that I have had in a way that makes sense. In fact, all of the team members i have interacted with in the service center have been exceptional! I would recommend this service center to anyone. As long as I live in the DC MD VA area, Landmark is the ONLY place I will trust my car with. More

Had a couple issues regarding my 06 Civic SI and the service team, specifically Rob Coleman, really helped me out and got the transmission rebuild and shift cable replaced under warranty.
