When it came time for a new car, we had decided to compare a Forester vs a CR-V, with the deal breaker being the modern safety system that relies on cameras/radar (so Honda Sense or Subaru Eyesight). Honda was at a disadvantage, because we were comparing used cars (2016) and Honda did not install their Sense system in trim levels below Touring in 2016. So the price different was very unfavorable. Alex True immediately understood what it would take to fix this issue, and worked hard to make the numbers work so that a 2017 CR-V with the features we needed was a better option than both a 2016 CR-V and the Forester. Alex True was also extremely patient, as our purchase took place over 2 days and had us coming/going several times as we dealt with a Subaru dealership and with our bank. When Alex said something, I felt like he was conveying the truth. I also really appreciated how when Alex did not know something, he admitted that and sought out the answer. I appreciate when someone does not make up an answer just to appear as if they know everything. With such a positive experience, I look forward to any further car purchases with Landmark Honda and Alex. More
