Pleasantly surprised Earlier in the week I had less than pleasant experiences at two other Honda dealerships so I was pleasantly surprised my experience here was quite dif Earlier in the week I had less than pleasant experiences at two other Honda dealerships so I was pleasantly surprised my experience here was quite different. This dealership was recommended by USAA Car Buying Service and the moment I arrived I could see why. I was completely comfortable with all the sales members and staff that I encountered. I did not feel the pressure that I have felt during past car buying experiences. Sanjay "Jay" was the sales person to help me and he was very knowledgeable on the Honda Odyssey and its features. Not only did he take the time to show me the features the vehicle had but he synced my phone to the vehicle and made sure I knew how to use the features. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle the customer service did not stop. Jay did not disappear as other sales people I had worked with in the past have. He went with me to the finance office (more professionalism there too!) and took care of me every step of the way. I highly recommend this Honda dealership to anyone in the area who is looking to purchase a Honda. What could have been a stressful experience was a pleasant one. Thank you again Jay! More
