Great Service Adeel was my salesman and he was absolutely wonderful. They didn't have the car I wanted so Adeel worked with me so I would have a car I loved and he Adeel was my salesman and he was absolutely wonderful. The front end of my truck was shaking I discussed it with Sean Kearney, my long time service team leader. He explained it very thoroughly, I can say it was the front axle thing. He explained the cost and how long I "had" before it would cause other issues, which I appreciate. I made an appointment for a few weeks later. I dropped my truck off the night before, requesting to pick it up at 2 pm. Sean called me in the morning, and before 2 pm to tell me the work was completed. It was just under $800 using valued customer coupons that I appreciate too!!! Sean has always been honest and professional with me. There is never an attempt to pile on extra things to fix Sean and the Tan Team are the reason my vehicle serviced at Landmark. He is definitely an asset to Landmark and a role model for others to learn from! More

William was impressive! He was genuine, charismatic, and engaging! He would literally knows every detail of the car. If I was confused about a feature on the car he would explain the functionality and showed me how that feature was applicable to day to day scenarios. This was really amazing because for someone who is not familiar with cars, the descriptions on the tags all sound great, however, he gave me the opportunity to really understand what it meant and with patience and kindness. Because of my new found knowledge, he was able to select the best car for me and it also had the look and features I wanted. I left feeling elated! Ultimately he is a kindhearted man, and made the car buying experience extremely easy, and stress/worry free. More

I receive quite few calls but one lady whose name is Destiny from Landmark Honda caught my attention by her professionalism and her voice which set me at ease. She didn't push. She accepted that I would be able to talk with her for another week bc I was going out of town. Before leaving, she answer the initial questions quickly and appear to know what she was talking about. I called/texted her upon returning from trip (which says something). I really wasn't pressed to purchase but her communication with me made me feel like I could trust her. That she wasn't just a car salesperson but a professional who was concerned about me first. Respected I felt. Upon meeting her and Jim, the transaction which through great. They both were intuned to both me and husband on what I wanted in a car. Got color and all the bells and whistles I desired.
