Always Excellent Service from Sean K. First off, I am shocked to see any negative comment about Sean Kearney. He is the reason I have my car serviced at Landmark. He has been my service ma First off, I am shocked to see any negative comment about Sean Kearney. He is the reason I have my car serviced at Landmark. He has been my service manager for 6 years and I have nothing but great things to say about him and the recommendations he has made. He has never lied to me or ripped me off. He has been honest, professional and patient. I always get a full explanation of the suggested work Then I always ask, how long can it wait and what is the priority. My Honda CRV is 12 years old and has 89K miles on it. I know I am going to have to do some big scheduled maintenance in the next year or so. I too had the "slow leak" and there was a nail in the sidewall. I could have gotten it plugged for $25. I also know it weakens the sidewall and when I am hauling down I-95 with everyone else, I do not want my tire to blow. And I never paid $200 for a tire. Sean suggested a front end alignment, I told him it was not in my budget. That was it, No intimidation, no evil, no "you'll be sorry" Could I go to the tire store and buy a cheaper tire, and pay less for installation Probably. HOWEVER, Landmark and Sean like to maintain their reputations. You can read my years of comments on Landmark Honda, Sean & Dave (my previous service manager) on Dealer Rater, Google & Yelp. I am a tough customer and am not about to fall for some sham recommendation I would like to add that I get preferred customer discounts that really help. I also get my car back when I need it back Last week I got an oil change & front end alignment, had them check a light and the movement of the window on the driver door. Then the dreaded call... brakes. Well the truck is 12 years old, it's bound to need new brakes eventually, I am not messing around with my safety and do not want to rear end anyone and you know how quickly we have to stand on the brakes in our traffic. I know no one wants to hear they have to spend $200-500 they were going to use for something else and yes, it will make some people mad. It is what it is but it's not because Sean Kearney is a bum. You don't get the service awards and recognition Sean has received by being a con artist. Sean will be my service manager as long as I am driving a Honda (hey, forever!) NOTE: I am not related to Sean, don't date Sean and he DID NOT offer me and money or services to write this. More

We met William whom we had talked to over the phone. We told him that we were thinking about the 2016 HR-V. He asked very specific open ended questions that got us talking. We felt so comfortable that we did not feel pressured or rushed or even the fear of a fast talking salesman-William was just himself and we really liked that about him. He gave us the comparisons and contrasts of a vehicle that provided us enough room for our family and other details that ended us leaning towards the CR-V instead. William worked so hard with his general manager to make sure that we got the deal we wanted and drove away with just the car we chose (not pushed as what sometimes happens at other dealerships). Overall, we noticed team work between William, the general manager and the other team members. When we went to pick up our car the next day, William made sure that we were taken care of during his absence since it was his day off. We could tell there was a great deal of communication at this dealership. We really had an awesome experience at Landmark Honda. We love our brand new car. More

Horrible, terrible experiences If you do go here, expect to be treated HORRIBLY, particularly if you are a woman. Apparently all the salesmen are from countries where the women are If you do go here, expect to be treated HORRIBLY, particularly if you are a woman. Apparently all the salesmen are from countries where the women are considered second class (or worse) than the men and are not allowed to have an opinion, let alone negotiate. They will STARE at you with hate and disgust (like they want to kill you and I'm pretty sure given half a chance they would) and then treat you rudely, act like you're stupid, and attempt to cheat you at every turn. They're EXTREMELY pushy, aggressive, condescending, and egotistical. I had a salesmen literally walk away from me because I said that the price they were quoting was too high. Not an "I'm sorry, but that's the best we can do," just gave me a dirty look, turned on his heels, and walked away. My negative experiences are too numerous to recount (in fact, I've never had a positive one); so, I will just articulate a recently frustrating one. A few months ago, I was called because my lease is up later this year and was told that I could get a new car for the same or better price than I am currently paying. So out of curiosity, I went in and after THREE hours of test driving and waiting and more waiting, I was quoted almost $100 MORE a month. When I told them that the only reason I came in was because I was told I could get the same or better deal, I was given an insufficient explanation as to why that was impossible. (Apparently prices have gone up, which may be true, but then why tell me you can give me the same or better deal?) When I said I wasn't interested, I was given a hard sell as to why this was a good deal. I declined and consequently have been called at a minimum every few days by one or another unintelligible salesman trying to get me to come in and make a deal. They leave inordinately long messages and then immediately text me to tell me they left me a voice message. I mistakenly answered once and the salesman insisted that he could make me a "good offer that would make me happy", but when I tried to pin him down on an actual dollar amount he refused to disclose it, only saying that I needed to come in. When I told him that I needed an exact amount he refused saying he needed to run my credit (which was just run 2 months ago); so, I said, 'how do you know your offer is going to make me happy, when you apparently don't even know what you are able to offer because you need to run my credit again?' Well that must've stumped him because all he could say is, I need you to come in. I declined. I've decided that no matter how good a "deal" I'm offered, I'm going someplace else as I fear I am incapable of civilly dealing with Landmark one more time. More
