Excellent Customer Service My husband and I were looking to buy a car after a terrible experience at another dealership. We came into Landmark Honda and immediately were greeted by friendly employees. Adeel the salesman listened to our concerns and wishes and then showed us different vehicles. He was very knowledgeable in his field and also practical in his advice. He broke down the price of the car and gave us great detail about the different warranties. Adeel is very professional and hides nothing. He is honest and upfront which we loved. We were then sent to Finance to speak with Anita. Anita was so patient and understanding. She talked us through the different warranties, gave us a credit 101 lesson, and provided her professional opinion and advices ever so humbly. The team at Landmark Honda spent well over three hours with us and were going back and forth between our wishes and decisions. They were so extremely patient that I'm still surprised to this day. We are very happy with our new car and with the experience that we received at Landmark Honda. I would recommend Adeel and Anita along with Landmark Honda to anyone looking to purchase a car. More

I had totaled my Honda in an accident and had reached out to many dealers on-line This dealership was outstanding and everyone was very professional. I had totaled my Honda in an accident and had reached out to many dealers on-line to find a deal for my situation. I visited many dealers and I often left disgusted and frustated with the service and lack of transparency. I was in one dealership when I reached out to Donte who was pleasant and very compassionate about my situation via emails and phone calls but without a car it was challenge to get to this dealer. He offered to pay for a taxi ride and was transparent about my options. I left with a great deal and interest rate from this dealer and it was a fast process with pleasant service. So glad I went to Landmark Honda. More

purchaser In my opinion the sales person (Adeel) was very professional and made all options available to me based on my expectations and needs. On the other hand it seems that the financial manager had a problem with that based on the fact that he refused to consider leasing options as he stated to me that leasing was not an option that he would approve. At this point i felt very confused and disappointed due to the fact that i felt i was at 2 different places. The finance manger in my opinion was not willing to consider my needs nor my decision to lease and later buy the vehicle. At the end the sales representative (Adeel) was always supportive of my decision and available from beginning to end. I must note, that I bought a 2016 CR-V and leased an accord 2016. My advice to you would be to be to know what you qualify for and be ready to hustle for what you want. Very sad experience!!! More
