Great Salesperson! very knowledgable My 5 star rating is based on my experience with the salesperson Adeel. My wife wanted to check out a CRV and an Accord so as soon as we walked in the dealership we were greeted by Mr. Adeel. We told him we wanted to know the difference in trims. He took us out to test drive the CRV and explained every detail as far as the technology, handling and gas mileage on both vehicles. Explained to us about the price differences. They had the color and the interior that my wife wanted and his manager came in to give us an offer that we could not walk away from, all this without haggling. Everything was going smooth and pleasant before it went DOWNHILL from there. We were taken to the financial specialist Masood where he gave us some quotes but we let him know that the quotes he gave us were a little over our budget. He then replied to me with an attitude saying "what did i expect!", Raising his voice he said to me to tell him what he should do to lower the premium. I told him perhaps if we can get a lower interest rate. He then yelled "How!". At this point i had enough of him, his mouth and his attitude so my wife and I walked out of the dealer. Let me add that i had purchased a brand new 2013 Civic 2 years ago, great experience with my salesperson back then but ruined by this same guy Masood. I should have known better when i saw him. We got a call back from Adeel and told us that his other financial specialist Joey had found us a better quote. We went back the next day, did the papers and bought the vehicle. Let me say that Landmark Honda WILL NOT be getting my business again for my 3rd vehicle purchase until they further fix this problem with Masood. 5 stars to Adeel, very knowledgable and Joey. 0 stars to their financial specialist Masood. Landmark Honda made me purchase PILOT 2016 I would like to have Toyota Highlander 2015 and took test drive from a Toyota dealer at Manassas, VA under Costco program but I would like to have som I would like to have Toyota Highlander 2015 and took test drive from a Toyota dealer at Manassas, VA under Costco program but I would like to have some more look PILOT 2016 new design that lead me to Landmark Honda where I was assisted by Minhaj. He is professional and address you clearly thru any question you have. I test drive and under assist from him I changed my mind and made a decision to have PILOT 2016 EX-L (same as Highlander XL-E) with good price and easy process and Landmark. I don't have to wait too long to finish all the papers work when watching our my little 3 yrs old girl at the dealer. They are nice treating customer and quick process and good price.
