I made an appointment with Sean for an oil change, state inspection and to apply my property tax sticker. when I arrived, he greeted me with a big sm I made an appointment with Sean for an oil change, state inspection and to apply my property tax sticker. when I arrived, he greeted me with a big smile and a sincere good morning. As he was writing my work order I noticed he had recently received the Gold Award, Circle of Excellence rating. I asked him about it. Modestly, he explained it was based on multiple facets of his work as a service manager. Wow! I have the right guy as my service manager. I checked around. This is a big deal, it is based on a high level of customer satisfaction, his superb representation of the Honda brand and continued training to stay abreast of current business practices. Yes, that is Sean, in fact, he was training a new employee to become a service manager. Not only am I continuously pleased in the quality of service I receive by Sean, it is the work ethic of all the folks I encounter at Landmark from the cashiers to the valets and the shuttle ride to the Van Dorn Metro! The best Just wanted to say a Big thank you to Brian Cail and the yellow service team who really really help me in a big way. I was hearing a noise under my car , that was driving me completely crazy so I called Landmark Honda and they told me to bring it right in. They never gave up on finding the problem with my car and they kept me updated on everything that they were doing. Its nothing like having someone show you that they care so much about you getting your car back. They had to keep my car for two day but they made sure I had a car to go on with my everyday task.
