He was up front and professional on the phone; after telling him the specifics of what we were looking for, he took the time to confirm with me and said he would get back to me after researching their inventory and others nearby. We went to the dealership a couple hours later and Donte had everything arranged for us. He was helpful and never rushed us or pushed us, it was a stress free discussion and much better then any dealership in the area. He endured the test drive with us, as I packed in my wife and three kids with one of them crying the whole time. It was a true test drive for the minivan. The negotiation process was accommodating and you could tell that Donte was a seasoned salesman who was able to get us the best deal in the area, especially after having been told by the Woodbridge Honda dealer that I would never get a better price then what they offered. Donte beat their price by more than $1,000!!!
