Hello Rachel, Again, we apologize profusely for the inconvenience, and absolutely wish that it hadn't occurred. Unfortunately, these issues do happen from time to time--we went through our records, and your battery had passed all the tests that Honda recommends we do upon delivery. On rare occasions, a battery will fail even after these tests are completed--this is what happened in your case. It is very unfortunate, and we apologize for the lack of concern shown by our sales manager when you called. We have implemented training of our staff for handling situations like yours in the hope that this won't happen again. Unfortunately, nothing we can do at this point can change what occurred to you. Mr. Waldman, in good faith, did the only thing we could do and offered complimentary service. We do understand that nothing we can do can change the inconvenience that already happened, or the aggravation you suffered. Again, we apologize.
