My service advisor is Gus Cucalon, and the technician who works on my wife's Fit and my Accord is Gustavo Ramos. Gus Cucalon greets me by name at every visit, and somehow keeps a condensed version of our cars' service histories in his head - that's impressive because those histories go back several cars and 6 or 7 years - and Gustavo comes out of the service bay to personally let me know what he found and what he did whenever I have a question. The consistency of the service personnel, the willingness of Larry Shiflett, the service manager, to dig into difficult problems on behalf of the customer (me), and the personal attention that Gus Cucalon has given over the years makes it easy for me to figure out where I'm going to buy my next Honda! More
