Intake went smoothly, Sean had some coupons to help with the cost. The work took about an hour. He also printed out a prioritized list of services that would be needed within the next six months. (NOTE: My CRV is almost 10 years old and is a great vehicle.) He took the time to explain each service and a ball-park cost estimate. I can always depend on Sean to be honest, pleasant and professional. Mr. Boon, the valet, is always so polite and when you leave he sends you off with a smile. We were in the market for a used Honda, and submitted inquiries to several dealerships after identifying attractively priced vehicles online. Landmark Honda got back to us right away, and we arranged to inquiries to several dealerships after identifying attractively priced vehicles online. Landmark Honda got back to us right away, and we arranged to come in that day to discuss a vehicle that looked good. We were very pleased with the test-drive. Nana (salesperson) was friendly and responsive, both on the phone and in person. After some back-and-forth with her manager (somewhat stressful for my wife) we came to an agreement and bought the car at a price that was acceptable to us and the dealership. It was toward the end of the day, and impressively the Landmark staff worked quickly and a bit past the closing hour to process the purchase and registration paperwork. Maria in finance was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. We left with our new car and a smile on our face! The overall experience was relatively low-stress. But as with any dealership, the customer should know what sort of car they desire and what price they are willing to pay for it, and should be prepared to deal with the fact that dealers are in the business to make money. I am happy that I did business with Landmark, and would recommend them. More

The 'check engine' light came on when driving from Jersey to Alexandria for a funeral. We found the dealership nearest our destination and got GeGe Showers on the phone and she was FANTASTIC. She did some troubleshooting and assured us we could drive safely…and arrived at the dealership shortly after 5. We got a full diagnosis very quickly and assured we'd have a safe drive home. As an aside, the van needed and oil change and headlight which we had taken care of at a reasonable price. The expertise and service provided by GeGe and the behind-the-scenes technicians make me glad to be a Honda Odyssey owner. Thank you, GeGe! More

I've bought two cars from this dealer in the past. Having been in the market for a used car for about two months, I decided to go back to Landmark Honda. When I walked in I was greeted by Ogbie. I told him what I was looking for and he suggested we test drive the Toyota Scion IQ that was on their lot. Ogbie didn't pressure me to buy the car once I told him I liked it a lot. He was very honest, and just as helpful as possible. Once I bought the car, and couldn't get the bluetooth to operate, all it took to fix it was one phone call. I dropped the car off with Ogbie. He took it to a local Toyota dealer, and provided me with a loaner for the week it took to get the car fixed. I would go back to Landmark Honda, and Ogbie in particular.
