Mr. Pandey I spoke with your sales person as well as the sales manager. I have reviewed your buyers order or the agreement made prior to going into the finance department. I do see this was an internet special we had available. The price offered was $18267.00. I also see this was a complete pricing or what we call out the door. It included the price of the car, dmv services, military discount and taxes. This is what I see written and signed by you in the buyers order. To my understanding this was not a deal at this point. I’m told there were further negotiations. After more discussion the price was settled at $18000.00. At this point the sales manager signed off on the deal and the buyers order is finalized with your signature. We then moved to the finance department. At this point we came to the impasse. You state in your review that you discussed/negotiated prices again with your sales person. Keep in mind at this point you are in the finance department and from our perspective you are purchasing a car based off of the charges directly from your signed buyers order. In the event changes are made from the signed agreement we must go back to the sales manager for approval. The steps taken from here forward came to you making the decision not to purchase. We can hold the offer of $18000.00 for a limited period of time. The deal did include your military discount. You will find this to be an exceptional offer.
